We make the decision process as smooth as possible by offering various packages and services and helping guide the decision-making process from our initial consultation all the way through the superb execution of your event. We’ll guide you throughout the process so you know exactly what you need purchase and how much to purchase to provide the drinks you select.
MGM Bartending prices per person for a 4-hour service, with bartending staff included complimentary at a 75-guest minimum and setup, breakdown, a portable bar, ice, mixers, sodas, and garnishes all included. Booking a bar for a company holiday party, client reception, product launch, or grand opening comes with paperwork — and we make it painless. We carry liquor liability and general liability coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance directly to your venue or office building on request. Your event contact gets one point of coordination from the initial consultation through breakdown: we confirm the space, arrival window, and bar placement in advance so the service runs itself on the day.

Bartending staff is included complimentary with a 75-guest minimum, and we scale the bar team to your headcount and format — a seated banquet pours differently than a standing cocktail reception, and we plan for the difference. Every event includes a 45–60 minute setup, a custom drink menu built around your event's theme, an itemized shopping list so you buy exactly what's needed, and an approximately 30-minute breakdown when the night ends. We serve Tampa, New York City, and the Midwest through MGM Midwest (Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago, Des Moines, Indianapolis).
MGM Bartending is a licensed and insured mobile bartending company operating in Florida, New York, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana. Every bartender we staff works under our company licensing and liquor liability coverage, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request for any venue that requires one — most do, and we handle that paperwork directly with your venue coordinator.
